Digitalisation: La Madeleine launches the Qualit-e web platform

Our La Madeleine site of Seqens Mineral Specialties division has developed a document sharing platform for its customers, known as “Qualit-e”.

FACILITATING THE SHARING OF QUALITY DOCUMENTS

This new tool makes it possible to host data sheets, certificates and attestations and to provide our customers with access to this documentation. They are then free to search for what they are interested in at any time. When a certificate is updated (e.g. following a renewal), the customer is informed via an email notification. The customer has a personalised access to the platform depending on the products or range they are buying.

Accessible since December 2020, the launch of the Qualit-e platform enables Seqens to facilitate access and sharing of quality documents with its customers and distributors. Considerable time savings thanks to digitalisation.
