Scientific Council : Seqens new solid state capabilities and services

Seqens held on 8 June 2021 its 2nd Scientific Commitee. On this occasion, our new solid state capabilities and services addressing our customers’s needs for bioavailability were also presented.

The Scientific committee discussed the competencies and scientific roadmap of Porcheville Solid State R&D department. They focused on the growing challenge of drugs Bioavailability.

Based on a new set of equipment and skills, Seqens has designed a complete offer improve API bioavailability and overall Drug efficiency :

• Crystal engineering through Salt and Polymorph screening
• Improvement of kinetics of dissolution through particle size reduction
• Drugs solubility increase  through pre-formulation with excipients, such as polymers
