SEQENS obtains the label “Employer of Choice”

This year, Engagement Jeunes rewards SEQENS for its commitment to its interns and apprentices. The company was rated very positively by the young people trained within it. This evaluation and the commitment of SEQENS, which is becoming increasingly important, have enabled the company to be labeled Employer of Choice.

An engagement platform for apprentices and interns

Engagement Jeunes enables interns and apprentices from partner companies to benefit from assistance with their professional integration. Young people are given priority in a large number of job offers, internships, or apprenticeships, targeted according to their profiles and expectations. The platform also offers them the opportunity to be recommended by SEQENS to a unique ecosystem of companies. Finally, interns and apprentices are invited to give feedback on their experience in the company and rate it. The reciprocal evaluation of apprentices, interns and companies contributes to the composition of a trusted professional network.

By maintaining contact between the tutors and the young people they have helped to grow and by allowing recruiters to contact the tutors directly, Engagement Jeunes capitalizes on this relationship and helps with integration into new companies.

SEQENS is committed to youth

For the 2020-2021 campaign, Seqens welcomed more than 150 young apprentices and interns in France. It represents a doubling compared to the previous year.

Thanks to its numerous privileged partnerships with high schools, universities and schools on the national territory, SEQENS supports students in the framework of their studies and gives them adapted offers.

Through its “Apprenticeship & Internship” charter, Seqens affirms an incentive approach in favor of young students, interns or apprentices. This charter is part of an approach based on mutual interests ; through concrete actions and commitments promoting professional integration and sustainable employment. The fundamentals on which it is based are: growth, solidarity, partnership, attractiveness, commitment and support.
